The Good Guys
Time went by. Mostly I was going on missions with Deidara and Tobi, but sometimes with Itachi and Kisame too.
Anyway, I always felt like the third wheel, and I didn’t like it.

He missed the feeling of freedom. He missed the fresh air.

Once a week, sometime around noon, you would sneak into the woods and meet with Itachi. He used to come by your house late at night, but because he would come so late, the two of you didn't have much time to spend with each other. You didn't like sneaking about, but you did like spending extra time with Itachi. And seeing as he had never once missed a meeting, you had to assume he liked spending time with you just as much. “Better get going, or he'll thing I've stood him up.” You grabbed the doorknob and quickly swung open your door. Standing there, in broad daylight, was Itachi. “W-what are you doing here? You're going to get yourself attacked.”
“It doesn't matter.” It was strange, Itachi almost sounded angry. Not at you of course, but at the entire s
