_{Getting A LOT of comments and messages about some of the folders having NON-AKATSUKI art work.

This is an AKATSUKI group.

Not all naruto. only Akatsuki is alllowed nothing else.

No Naruto, or anyone who is not an akatsuki member.

I see a lot Sasuke fan art as well, and in fact there is so much I deleted a few and found it worthless to go through everything to get rid of them all.

So, PLEASE know what you are submitting.

If you don't want any pictures of Sasuke by himself or the whole team Hebi/Taka, then you should put that in the submission rules. Because right now people are interpreting Sasuke as being a legitimate Akatsuki member.

I noticed that before, and I wasn't happy about it either.

But people will keep submitting such, you know why? Because you have automatic approval on (or wonky management, which I highly doubt).

You don't need premium to do that!
All you have to do is change your group's settings, which can be accessed trough admin area---> manage members

The you have to fix the settings about the gallery, folders section. Change the setting that they would require 1 [that is the best choice] vote from an admin on pending submissions. You can also re-set the exact number of submissions allowed per folder/gallery, per example from unlimited to 3 per week/month etc...
